"It was essential for us to upgrade our systems to deal with our significant growth and WisHList, through the installation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, have been instrumental in helping us achieve this.”

Industry: Engineering-Manufacture and Rentals

Need: To Streamline and improve month-end processing and invoicing, improve data integrity and controls

Solution: Wishlist installed a Microsoft Dynamics NAV and developed an integrated Hire Module

Background:   The Customer was using disparate systems to process their billing on hired equipment. The organization also uses multiple units of measure for the delivery of and invoicing of their products. The existing systems were cumbersome and month end processing could take up to two weeks before invoices were processed. Calculation Errors and poor data integrity were high. They needed a system that could improve the time frame of month-end processing, improve accuracy, resulting in effective invoicing.

Solution:  WisHList, after consultation, installed Microsoft Dynamics NAV and developed an integrated Hire module to perform invoicing. Month end processing was reduced from two weeks to a few hours. In addition, NAV is being used to manage procurement and manage the financial backend.

With a completely integrated solution the organization has streamlined its processes which has enabled it to cope with the additional volumes generated by its high growth business strategy.

Benefits

  • Month-end processing faster and more accurate
  • Systems now cater for current and future business growth
  • Financials more closely monitored
