The existing systems were cumbersome and month end processing could take up to two weeks before invoices were processed. Calculation Errors and poor data integrity were high. They needed a system that could improve the time frame of month-end processing, improve accuracy, resulting in effective invoicing. Solution: WisHList, after consultation, installed Microsoft Dynamics NAV and developed an integrated Hire module to perform invoicing. Month end processing was reduced from two weeks to a few hours. In addition, NAV is being used to manage procurement and manage the financial backend.
