Need: A System was required to manage the finance and rental process needed to finance their customers eyewear

Solution: A custom developed database application, using Microsoft Dynamics NAV based Solution was implemented

Background:  The Customer required a system that could manage the whole process of approving a client, creating a loan, managing the debt collection and control the stock rentals of the various products. The Customer needed to centralise all loan applications and rentals.

Solution:  We custom developed a database application based in Microsoft Navision, for them. It enabled the centralisation and management of a large consumer database, with active communication via an SMS gateway. This included the management of high-volume, low-value loans to the consumer, including electronic validation of credit-worthiness and the processing of monthly debit orders.
