Business process analysis WisHList has extensive experience in reviewing corporate reporting, process flow and tracking needs, and evaluating management systems. Before telling our clients what we can do, we listen and make sure we understand their business needs and system requirements.
Solution design WisHList have formed partnerships with globally reputable software providers, giving us access to software on which customised solutions can be built. Where appropriate, we implement existing software solutions as we do not subscribe to reinventing the wheel. Our packages of choice, however, are highly customisable, allowing us to configure a system that fits clients’ business needs like a glove. Implementation We manage the implementation process according to proven methodologies, and only sign off once agreement is reached with our client that it is indeed all systems go.
Training We are not in the business of hands-off system delivery. For a system to truly become a solution to business issues, users have to know how to use it. WishList provide our clients with the training needed to optimally use a system and realise its full benefits
Support services Our clients sometimes require us to provide continued support services after implementation. This could range from technical support to a full-time resource on the client’s premises to work the software.
